This is a great first as I had been asking for years for brothers and sisters who were able, like me, to speak about their homosexuality and their love of Jesus with their faces uncovered, thus taking the risk of losing everything (work, perspective of priesthood, marital perspective, family, friends, Christian commitments, reputation, etc.). And – proof that we are living in these special times – these brothers of Mission who have understood the global and ecclesial stakes of homosexuality have finally risen up and feel able to make the great public leap with me for Jesus, the world and the Church: there is a Colombian, a Quebecker, an Italian, a Mexican, a Spanish and a French woman… and we are hoping soon a Polish and a North-American speaker. But nonetheless, time is running out. And above all, homosexual witnesses from all continents – and not just abstinent – are hard to find.
 

We are therefore already counting on your prayer to accompany this unique project, which will give rise to a documentary, and perhaps a DVD, to serve as a formation support for all (because in reality, no one in the world – except me – talks about homosexuality and proposes an analysis of it).
 

But to do this, we also need money, simply to cover the airline tickets of people who come from far away, the local expenses in Lourdes, the sets, the salary of the cameramen, the editing, the translation, etc… That’s why I’m opening a pot.
 

Please be aware that this event – unfortunately on one side and fortunately on the other -, which will not have the logistical burden of a session on homosexuality or a press conference, is organised outside any sponsorship or patronage or movement or party or diocese. Just with our little people! But it is the greatest treasure. As no Catholic media and no bishop supports us (even though we are living what the Church is asking for on homosexuality, and the Church at this moment would really need us because it is really only being attacked on homosexuality), since we cannot rely publicly on any priest, since we are sometimes even perceived as criminals, we organize this shooting outside any structure, without any help and without label. This is our weakness but also our strength. Because the people who testify (on the basis of the 8-day programme I recently established) will not be prisoners of a movement (even a Catholic one, such as Courage International) or a pressure group (pro-Life lobby, bishops, cardinals, TV or radio…): they come forward on their own, and give their name, they simply offer their person.
 

The great novelty of this event is that homosexuality will really be under study and at the CENTRE, and not a pretext to talk about something else (Faith, sexuality, identity, friendship, chastity, healing or restoration, Bible, personal relationship to God, holiness, purity, etc.). On the contrary. For once, it will only be about homosexuality, heterosexuality, homophobia, LGBT culture, bisexuality, transsidentity, and even subjects we are forbidden to talk about (Freemasonry, boboism, politics, End of Times). And no one to stop us from doing it! No Christian movement or community (Courage, Emmanuel, etc.) to report to, no reparative therapy sessions, no bullshit discussion groups or public testimonies. No circle of lawyers, politicians, pro-Life activists, shrinks, historians, sociologists, priests, to talk about us and in our place. It’ll feel good! Finally, we’ll be able to talk about homosexuality and nothing else! Finally, we’re going to focus on people! … even though, in this instance, without these institutional supports, we appear a little naked, and we would still like to offer a video quality that is not too « cheap » or gross. The idea, since the speakers really wet their shirts, is to offer them not only decent but also classy speaking conditions (beautiful images, beautiful lights, beautiful setting and beautiful set for the round tables, good film crew… a minimum of professionalism and welcome for a fair enhancement!)
 

There you go. I think I’ve said the essential.
 

I almost forgot! The filming takes place in Lourdes because it is Mary alone who carries our continence (abstinence and public apostolate for Jesus and the Church through homosexuality).

We are so little helped and encouraged – at a time when the needs on homosexuality are enormous today – that the slightest help will be invaluable. Even 5-10 euros will be huge.

Ideally, a full eight-day week of training on homosexuality should be offered in each parish (with workshops, round tables, conferences, testimonies, times of exchange, theatre, religious times, etc.). One can dream…


DAY 1 – Homosexuality (Personal dimension):

– Discovering one’s homosexuality (Testimonials): joys and sorrows. Internal conflict (school context, friendships, isolation, feelings, etc.).

– Homosexuality, is it an identity? Is it innate or acquired? Where does it come from? When does it manifest itself?

– What is homosexuality a sign of ? (non-causal links between homosexuality and rape)

– How can we know that we are truly homosexual? What if it did not really exist ?

– The connection of homosexual people with their bodies and their sexual identity (transvestism, effeminacy, virility, complexes, tastes, feeling of difference…)

– Can we change our sexual orientation ? (psychoanalytical support, finding live in someone of the other sex, marriage, paternity) (Testimonies) Homosexuality and psychiatry.

– What is the connection of homosexual persons to the difference between the sexes ? (misandria, misogyny, rape, jealousy, conflictual relationships with parents)

– Declination and explanation of the acronym LGBTQI.

– Is there such a thing as bisexuality? (how it is presented to us socially; what it really is)

– Is there such a thing as transidentity, intersexuation? What advice should be given to a transgender and sometimes transsexual person?
 

DAY 2 – Homosexuality (family dimension):

– I have a homosexual relative (my best friend, my husband, my son, my nephew, my uncle, the boy I fell in love with): Testimonies

– Is homosexuality the result of an education ? Is it family-induced ? (incest, twinning, paedophilia, divorce, abortion, lack of love…)

– Is it a disease ? Is it a fashion ?

– Is coming out necessary ? How to do it ? (Testimonials)

– I am a parent and my son tells me that he is homosexual: how to react? how to accompany a relative who is homosexual? (Testimonials)

– The current propaganda of demonisation of « gay parents », and sacralisation of friendly gay parents.

– How to talk about homosexuality correctly to young children ? to teenagers?

– Cases of family conscience (my son blackmails me for suicide, introduces me to his boyfriend and wants to invite him on holiday, invites me to his wedding; my lesbian daughter is pregnant; etc.)

DAY 3 – Homosexuality (sentimental dimension – the « couple »):

– The first gay experience, how did I live it? (Testimonials)

– Is it Love (fragility, infidelity, ambiguities)?

– Are there any happy and committed gay couples? Can we talk about « couples »?

– The complexity of homosexual « couples » (power relations, domination/submission, slain friendship, complexity of sensual or amorous friendship)

– If it is not love, it looks like it… (Testimonies of strong loving experiences that I think I have lived; Testimonies also of the Encounter with Jesus, stronger than these experiences)

– What are the positive aspects of the gay « couple »? Why do we want to believe it to be true? (the « right » reasons)

– What is wrong with the « gay couple »?

– Are there differences between homosexual « couples » of women and « couples » of men?

– Married men or married women who divorce to go and live their homosexuality : more and more numerous.

– Cases of friendly conscience (example: I meet a gay « couple » who get along well: what to say? ; my best friend tells me that he is gay: how to react? ; I see that my gay friend is not fully happy as a couple: what to say without taking the risk of losing him?)

DAY 4 – Homosexuality (cultural, media, artistic, associative dimension):

– Main chronological overview of the most important dates in the world history of homosexuality (highlights, laws).

– Good memories in gay community: the associative, political, artistic, friendly, festive world (Testimonials).

– Series and films that talk about the subject: what image do they give us? (Film clips); what is the point of seeing them?

– The richness of homosexual symbolism (c.f. Dictionary of homosexual codes). What are the common points (tastes, experiences) between homosexual people? What songs, movies, activities do we like? Why?

– Why does an artist become a gay icon?

– The lesbian environment: an overview

– Gay Pride: Is it so horrible? (the particular case of Gay Prides in Latin America)

– Can we really talk about a « homosexual community » ? And is this desirable ?

DAY 5 – Homosexuality (legal, political, international dimension):


– Is there really a « gay lobby » infiltrated into the media, the business world, politics? How far will it go? Who is holding the strings?

– The classic arguments of pro-gay propaganda (human rights, man/woman equality, respect, antifascism, freedom from oppression, solidarity, diversity, victimisation).

– Heterosexuality: the Beast of Revelation (the devil disguised as the difference of the sexes; why the Church has never defended heterosexuality).

– Explanation of the links between homosexuality and Freemasonry (Definition of Freemasonry and alchemy).

– Homosexuality in Colombia: current situation. The growing and uncontrollable success of bisexuality among young people. The two powerful camps of the progressives (led by feminists) and conservative Catholics (led by machos) are hardening, and young people are leaving the Church more and more because they do not understand its position on homosexuality.

– What is Gender Theory (Gender Ideology)? How does it get into our country? How to deal with it?

– The extent of the Civil Union/Gay « marriages »: why are they homophobic laws (even if they claim to be « gay friendly »)? Is it useful to talk about ART ( Assisted Reproductive Technologies) and Surrogate Motherhood?

– The promotion of homosexuality in schools: current situation.

– What awaits us for the future… (Homosexuality: sign of the End of the World?)

DAY 6 – Homophobia :

– Why is it so difficult to talk about homosexuality?

– Homophobia as it is understood worldwide (fantasy, hysterical alibi)

– Homophobia as it is understood by Catholics (an insult, an unreality)

– Homophobia as it really is: rape, crime, suicide, sex tourism. Its mechanisms (the psychological profile of the aggressor; of the aggressed). Its roots. Is homophobia just a repression?

– Violence in the homosexual environment and gay practice; social networks and dating sites; free prostitution; tensions in « couples »; abuse against public gay witnesses; homophobia in sport, prison or school (Testimonies).

– Homophobia between homosexual persons (Testimonies): hatred of gay personalities, biphobia, transphobia, lesbophobia, youthism or, on the contrary, hatred of young people.

– The unsuspected homophobia of gay-friendly people.

– Links between terrorism and homosexuality.

– Links between dictatorships (religious fundamentalisms) and homosexuality.

– The most forgotten: bisexual homosexuals (hated fantasies), religious homosexuals, homosexuals in the media, homosexuals with disabilities or infected with HIV (AIDS), homosexuals in exile, poor or homeless homosexuals, homosexuals who are drugged.
 

DAY 7 – Homosexuality (ecclesial dimension):

– Why does the Church oppose homosexual acts (and therefore the formation of homosexual couples)? What does the Bible, the Catechism and the Church say? How can the « intrinsically disordered » be justified? What is missing from the paragraphs of the Catechism? Is Pope Francis’ position correct?

– Will a gay person in a state of mortal sin go to hell?

– The homophobia of pro-Life people. How are homosexuals, including continents, treated by Catholics, priests and cardinals? (The paradox of accompanying homosexuals in Colombia: they are very well supported but not listened to or hidden)

– The unsuspected support of pro-Life Catholics for gay marriage (while they believe they are opposed to it)

– The silent promotion of homosexuality in the so-called « catholic » media, in so-called « catholic » schools.

– Cases of conscience that are insoluble in the parish (such a catechist or organist is gay, such a priest is gay, such a gay couple attends masses, such a scout leader is gay, such a seminarian is gay, etc.).

– Homosexual priests: situational analysis. How to live this double life? (Advice)

– What are the existing Christian gay associations? Are they satisfactory (including Courage)? Does the Church sufficiently welcome homosexual persons?

– Homophobia among Catholics (AND among progressive groups, AND among traditional groups) (Testimonies). What’s wrong with Father James Martin’s speech? What’s wrong with Cardinal Sarah’s speech either?

– Conversion therapy groups (« ex-gays », agape therapies, speech and identity restoration groups): Can God remove homosexuality? What are the results? (Testimonials).

– Being homosexual and continent exposes to being hated by 4 types of groups (friendly gays; progressive Catholics; indifferent or fearful Catholics; conservative Catholics). Priestly jealousy.

– Demonic demonstrations in the context of gay practice (Testimonies).

– God in my life (Testimonies about the experience of the sacraments and the joy of being Catholic and of knowing Jesus; testimonies of the sensitive miracles I have lived in my life): Jesus takes over, and I can’t practice my homosexuality.

– Homosexual people: outstanding friends. The specific qualities of homosexual persons.

– The fields of fertility and creativity of gay people in society and in the Church.

– Why should homosexuality be the ecclesial and global priority? The global and ecclesial issue around homosexuality: why not only is it not a small subject but it is THE subject (alongside Jesus) to be addressed? The violent attacks of LGBT groups against the Church (more and more numerous).

– Why is continental homosexuality the key to hearts and even the human shield against current anticlerical attacks? (paedophilia: false nose of homosexuality)

– The beauty, strength and insolent humour of the continent homosexual community.

– What is the difference between « chastity », « abstinence » and « continence »? How can we achieve continence? What are the concrete ways that can be proposed to a person who is durably gay to enter the apostolate through homosexuality?

– Is it not good to propose a specific pastoral care? an oblature? is there not a risk of locking the person into his tendency?
